Wellness coaching by Royal Macnas International Training & Coaching Academy is an assisted program proposed for employees/dependents who require lifestyle support from certified wellness coaches. Employees in this program will be provided with wellness advice and support throughout the year. Wellness coaches include general physicians focusing on preventive care and general medicine, dietitians with a specific focus on diet and nutrition, physiotherapists with a focus on ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorders and mental health counselors.After this training individuals can work with clients to improve their health, vitality, and well-being by engaging in behaviors that have been proven to improve health and prevent disease including weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress coping, sleep, mind-body and positive psychology interventions. The outcome of our health and wellness coaching is expanded capacity for lifestyle change and sustainable lifestyle change. Many people struggle with something that is damaging their well-being -- e.g. uncontrolled stress, excess weight, life balance, low energy, poor fitness, inadequate levels of positive emotions, or a medical condition. They find it difficult to engage, day in day out, in investing in their health and well-being in order to foster vitality and avoid a preventable illness. Health and Wellness coaching requires a unique set of knowledge and skills that are not taught in traditional coach training programs. That includes a thorough understanding of evidence-based processes of lifestyle change as well as lifestyle, health, wellness, and positive psychology.Wellness Coaches can target these clients like Teachers, Business Owners, Professionals, Career Climbers, Entrepreneurs, Home-Based Business Owners, Stay-At-Home Parents, Career Changers and People in Transition who are experiencing less success that they desire.
